Purpose of the engagement is to verify complete process and controls in-place for Meter Reading and Bill Delivery (MRBD) and its data security are in place.
The Meter Readings and Bill Delivery (MRBD) application is an interactive native mobile application for reading and sending meter data from the field to the backend. The MRBD backend system analyzes and visualizes the data to improve and enhance the daily work and provides different reports to the management. The meter readers use the MRBD application monthly to read meters.
