• Extensive experience in Managing Middleware Support Level 1 and 2, Other Critical production/ BAU Support across various regions for multiple global customers.

• Providing various services to the customers with an expertise in Middleware Technology Services and good exposure on functional aspects for various industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Airline, Retail, FMCG, Banking & Financial services and Telecom.
• Extensive hands-on Delivery Management experience covering Software development & Support phases of the projects in Legacy and Distributed technologies, Along with Middleware Technologies.
• Groomed in Business Development, Deliverable-based multi-cultural & disciplinary environment
• Experience on Multiple locations implementations based global delivery model & working experience with Global Clients.
• Professionally qualified & competent with a Masters Degree (MCA).
